Senior Quality Assurance Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a senior quality assurance manager to join a leading European office in its Bangladesh location.
This role is integral in ensuring product quality is of the highest standard before shipment.

The role:
• Responsible for factory operations and driving supplier performance across both pre-production and bulk manufacturing
• Identify improvements across the supply base, as well as looking at new technologies to continuously improve quality
• Manage the entire quality team, ensuring a high standard of training and coaching
• Provide technical assessments and audits on supplier capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have previous quality assurance management experience gained with UK and European customers.
You will have strong multi product knowledge, across quality and technical to ensure a high standard of apparel is always achieved.
This role is based in Dhaka so you will need to be ok to relocate.
